What can be more 70's than this Ferrari Dino 308 GT4 ?
Drawing out the classics of decades past.
The 90's era Formula One Cars were PURE WORKS OF ART. Simple lines, but so percussive.
If you've read my previous posts you'll know I like to travel and when I do go abroad I try to bring home diecast each time. The more obscure the better, and these cars are one of my favourite finds.

This was a diecast that was high on my list to write about, but both my examples were stored away out of sight. I came across them again recently and decided to finally put some words down.
Just love the Dino 246 GT. The color is just so nice, so 1970's. I've always thought that Kyosho Ferrari Minicar Collection VII was the BEST collection they ever made. Stunning models, choices, colors, toolings.
The Hot Ones series in 2011 and 2012 had some really cool cars in it with vintage Hot Wheels decos. It is a nod to the original Hot Ones mainline sub-series that came out in the early 80’s. The castings that we used in this throwback style series were hit and miss. This one is a hit for sure

As usual, it started with a vague idea of a theme, which was in this case citrus inspired colors when looking at my Kyosho collection. One may say that I often share my Kyosho collection, and many posts are Kyosho related, but I must admit it is still today the largest part of my collection …
Model: Ferrari 512M Line: Hot Wheels Mainline Ferrari 5-pack Ebay link: Hot Wheels Ferrari 512M Why I am featuring it : where else can you do this ? Model: Ferrari Testarossa Release: Hot Wheels California Customs 1990 Ebay link: Hot Wheels California Customs Ferrari Why I am featuring it: This is such a cool release. It was a cool call. Our backyard is currently being redone. That means a complete tearing out of what was there (outside of a beautiful tree) and a lot of digging. My wife told me to check her Instagram, which I did. Something had been unearthed in the excavation. I had to share it too: …
