Batch D of the 2024 Matchbox Moving Parts series roughly brings us to the middle of the year. Of course, every other batch contains a Super Chase, and I was lucky in that Wheel Collectors got it with their shipment.

It is time to return to the basic range in my Matchbox blogs. Batch E is a simple batch, with no unusual issues to hunt down. A total of 7 models in the batch, and only the 1 new casting to check out.

This week, I will be tackling the second batch of Matchbox Collectors for 2024. Alongside this, I will also look at a brand-new casting debuting in the Mattel Creations series.

The third batch of the 2024 Matchbox Moving Parts series sees a glut of new castings. In fact, two thirds of the batch are all new. That is quite a selection. Let's dive in.

This is a loaded batch. With bonuses. Batch D of the Matchbox 2024 basic range delivers 9 models for people to enjoy. But, if you are in the right area, you might find a 10th. You might even find an 11th. Yes, this was a big batch. I contemplated splitting my report into 2. But, I decided to just go for it. So, with that, I had best get on with it.

This week, I turn my attention to the second of the 4 Walmart exclusive Matchbox sets for 2024, if you happen to live in the USA. Other countries also sell these in other stores.

This week I divulge in 2 sets, that are pretty much all repeat items. There is just the 1 newbie in them. We are getting a lot of carry forwards, as they call them, but are they fun for variations hunters?

This week, I will be taking a look at the second batch of Moving Parts for 2024. I have to say, these are my favourite range, and this batch does not disappoint!

Back in 2020, Matchbox released a set of 6 models in a Candy series. Ahead of a new batch coming in 2024, they decided to whet our appetites by re-issuing the originals again.

Moving on to the second batch of basic range Matchbox for 2024, with 7 castings available worldwide, plus a little bonus if you live near a Target store in the USA.

In lieu of posting about new stuff, I thought for the bonus day we get in February this year, we would have something a little different. Just a dive back into the Matchbox history.

This week, I take a look at the second batch of 2023 Convoy models, which were a little slow to market. But, they were worth the wait!

Mattel Creations have been cranking out some exclusive Matchbox models recently. Suddenly, I discovered I had a few of them, so thought I would simply run through them.

There are going to be 4 different Walmart exclusive sets in the USA during 2024, as well as in other stores in select other countries. This is the first of the themed sets, County Rescue.

Yes, we move into the 2024 basic range with the first batch. But, we also finish off 2023 with a last straggler that popped up fractionally late.

This week, I take a belated look at some Matchbox playsets, but also work through my first 2024 items, which is the latest batch of Hitch & Haul.

This may be officially the last basic range batch of the 2023 range, but things did go a little awry with a few models. We have a late-comer for 2022, and a final 2023 item got a little nudge into 2024.

Batch H of the 2023 Matchbox Moving Parts was definitely way too big. A set of 8 models in a box, with 10 in the assortment. How the? What the? Yes, this was definitely a big chase....

As I only collect Matchbox, I have compiled my lists of top 10s for 2023. It is not just the one.
