Why I am featuring it: I’m a fan of quirky looking cars and this qualifies. As far as I am aware this is the only representation of this car in the 1/64 scale car collecting world. The casting has only been released a few times. One of which was two color variations in 2019 Street Freaks Release 1 as a demolition derby car. That release, this one, and only two others exist for the casting. The one pictured here is my favorite of the 4 releases. The wheel choice is what makes this one look so good in my opinion. The real car was fairly short lived as well and was only made for 4 years. All that makes for an interesting diecast release and a cool one to add to any diecast collection.

  1. Johnny Lightning is a great brand. They’ve released some very nice models over the years, and what I really like about them is that they’re a premium brand that doesn’t seem to suffer from the quality control issues that plague brands like M2 and Greenlight. It’s a shame they don’t sell them here in Canada anymore.
