Where to get it: The Tarmac Works store and SURPLUSgoodies
Why it’s in the collection: Tarmac Works has jumped in head first to 1/64, and is making waves. The premium Hobby64 line is where the precise details are, but the GLOBAL64 line, which is technically supposed to be the simpler, less-detailed, cheaper line, is not far behind.
The GLOBAL64 models don’t have the licensed racing liveries, but they are still ultra-realistic. Rubber tires, tons of detail, and yes, they roll. So far, the models have been stock or police, and that is a nice combo.
While I am not a huge fan of Lamborghinis, this and the R8 are instant additions.
