Inno was kind enough to send me this Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III Thailand Special Edition to preview to show you.

I did a review a few months ago on the Inno64 Evolution III that you can see here, highlighting how Inno masters the casting.

This third rally version completes perfectly the collection, and even if the Kenya version was really amazing with all the added parts (notably the intake snorkel, thank you guys for your comments), this Thailand Rally color scheme is perfect.

Called “Singha Ralliart”, the car was driven to victory (if I am correct) by Tommi Mäkinen and Harjanne Seppo in Thailand Rally in 1995.

Not much information can be found on it, so I assume Inno researches were deep, and this is for sure a nice blink of an eye for the Thailand Toy Expo 2020 (moved to an online platform event due to the events).

I can’t say enough how these Rally cars are welcome in the 1:64 diecast world, and how they make me happy. They are really in the CM’s legacy, with the 2020 treatment an exigent collector expects.
The Mitsubishi Evolution III has had quite a short career, so it is unlikely that many new versions will follow. This makes this model an interesting one to collect. Thought I’m really waiting for an asphalt version, lowered style with bigs OZ wheels. Would be fun! I know a new yellow street version is coming soon too, can’t wait.

All in all, it is a really nice Rally piece I’m very happy to add to the Rally section of my collection. Enjoy the pics. Cheers.
