Our little collector world isn’t safe from the holiday shopping season either. Black Friday is coming, but let’s call it Black Friday Week, because the deals start tomorrow.
There are two major events that you MUST be aware of. The Japan Booster Tomica Limited Vintage Damaged Box Sale is later this week, and the details are coming. But right now prepare yourself for the Wheel Collectors Holiday Blowout Sale, the largest sale they have EVER done.
It is hard to write about it without sounding like one of those “We’ve gone crazy with crazy blowout prices!” local tv ads, but that is exactly what it is. Wheel Collectors has a massive inventory of current and classic diecast, and they are putting a huge chunk of it up for sale for the cheapest prices on ebay.
It starts with rarer-and-rare Hot Wheels Boulevard models, and goes right up to Hot Wheels Car Culture and Team Transport, with premium after premium set in between. Super Treasure Hunts, Garage, Car Culture, RLC, Convention, you name it. And there are plenty of other brands too. They want this stuff to move, to they priced it to do just that.
But these items will go fast. Some of the listings are more limited than others, so there is no telling how fast they will sell out, and all the mayhem starts at 12pm Eastern/9am Pacific Time. Every listing will hit right then, so be ready to grab what you want.
