Lots we have already seen, many we haven’t, and a few still to be announced, which are always surprises. I see a lot I am excited about. What is on your want list?
It’s a really nice list, love the Audi RS6 Avant, my fav car for sure. But I Hope good tampos. In All the pics I’ve seen the tampos are very bad placed…
Other Cars that look good to me are the Countach Pace Car, Dodge D100, ’18 Mustang and the classic King Kuda.
I’m REALLY looking forward to the HW Audi RS6 Avant – especially in the TH version. I do hope that Mattel also makes premium version of the Audi RS6 wagon in black (much like Matchbox did back the some years ago with the Superfast line) or dark grey color with metal base and real riders. Maybe in a Car Culture Cargo Carriers 2.0?

Why isnt the dodge challenger demon considered a new model?? Mistake? Or is it guna debut in another series before the mainline version is released ?

Sweet mother of Jesus…Audi f***ing RS6. That’s what I’m talkin’ about. The only thing that could make that better…is if Matchbox was the one doing it. Honestly though, that’s by far the one I’m most excited for. It looks deliciously stock in that one photo too…I think Audi’s a stickler for that. Cannot wait.
Also, is the asterisk next to the Porsche 918 Spyder a typo? We already have one of those…
They’ve modified the casting to match the production version so its counted as a new model I suppose.
Does that mean the original 918 casting is based on a concept rather than the production model? It’s funny that Ben should say typo. When I read Porsche 918 Spyder on the list, my mind was thinking 718 “spyder”, a.k.a Boxster. That would be a nice one to get!
“Wow ask and you shell receive” Thanks lamley, lots I like but hard to get excited when stores are so far behind;….I really wish mattel would slow down on releasing new case’s it’s impossible to keep up!……… I wonder what the vette in screen time series will be?
The Audi RS6 is definitely the model I’m most excited about because 1) its a freaking RS6 Avant, 2) its also an STH, 3) I wanted Matchbox to do it because they would’ve nailed it. Let’s see if HW can (especially the tampos).
Models that surprised me – Countach Pace Car and Silverado Trail Boss. Two more models that seems to be stolen from Matchbox’s to-do list. Let’s see how these turns up.
Models that didn’t surprise me – Dodge Demon and D100. I’m actually surprised HW took this long to make them. The Demon was a no-brainer.

One model missing from the list above is Muscle Mania 8/10, the copper orange ’18 Camaro SS.
Not a whole lot of new here to get exited about. It seems as though most of the 2018 lineup has already been revealed through F case. I’ve actually been a bit concerned that this year’s lineup is a bit too heavily front loaded and short of recolors, that there would not be enough fresh and exciting releases to hold our attention through the end of the year. However… the reveal of that gorgeous Audi RS6 Avant may just be enough to make up for the otherwise lackluster second half of the year.
