When I previewed the Hot Wheels Forza set at TRU, a few of you mentioned you would wait until the singles were out in order to get the models you want. Some just want the BMW CSL, or Ford GT, or the brand new Porsche 356.

If I could know for sure that I’d be able to get what I want in singles, I may have held off on buying the TRU set, but I didn’t want to risk it. Honestly, I think the only model I’d have left behind is the 911 GT3…when I first saw that this release was ZAMAC I was excited, but having it in hand, I think it’s possibly one of the weakest releases of that casting to date. The paint quality is patchy, the finish is rough around the rear spoiler, and the non-detailed taillights look dumb.
Absolutely no regrets getting the box set though…the Ford GT and CSL alone make this a killer batch, and the new 356 casting is just icing on the cake.
I meant if I could know for sure I’d be able to get the singles I want *in stores* (I almost always avoid ordering online…as AverageJoe said, the fun is in the hunt)
