Inno64 new model : LBWK RX-3 Savanna

New casting alert! And new body kit alert! If you own a Mazda RX-3 and want to massacre it with a body kit. Then, why not to paint it like good old Brazilian colors ? This is basically what you can do, and this is exactly what Inno64 modeled here. I will focus on the replica and not the real car.

LBWK is, as I repeat myself, very high in demand among collectors, specially in Asia. So why not to satisfy collectors ? The RX-3 is a new casting that remember me old diecast I had from Aoshima. Then Hot Wheels tooled one, I think, and now Inno64 is making a version in a very high standard of finition as usual. The car is low as hell and has so cute tiny wheels! Curves of the glaces seem very accurate. Tiny details are here and there, like tiny mirrors, tiny double exhaust, tiny wipers.

Rear tail lights are just a bit under in term of details but it’s OK. The yellow roll cage is nice too. Let’s also highlight that the paint is very good, for a yellow paint that is not the most evident color to represent on metal. Finally, the key of the car are the extravagant arches in black.

All in all, once again the replica is very accurate and very impressive for the asked price. I just deplore that less and less European cars are made by Inno64. What is coming (seen at the various toy shows in Asia lately) are not in that trend either. Wait, and see. For now, you can find this car easily on eBay.

See you soon for more Inno64 reviews!

  1. Hi there!Got something to say about this casting. As owner of Savanna, LWBK F40, and Sierra RS500 SPA24, I can surely say, that Savanna is cute but made less detailed compared to F40, and not even standing near RS500. I won’t to say it’s bad, but that is not a car, that will force to search it all the internet to purchase.
