With the first month of 2024 nearly in the books, PARA64 is wasting no time in introducing their first release of castings for the year. Four pairs of cars include the newly introduced Prius and EM1 Civic, and the Mercedes-Benz GT-R and EP3 Civic Type R return with new liveries. Let’s take a brief look at some pre-production samples to see what to expect in the coming months.
The EM1 was released to high acclaim at the tail end of 2023 as the Civic Si. With a limited color palette, Milano Red and Electron Blue Pearl were selected as a solid way to introduce the crisp lines of Honda’s sport coupe. Now it’s back in both Flamenco Black Pearl and Taffeta White, although that’s badged an EX or a VTI-R, dependent on LHD or RHD. With other markets and trims to tap into, the Civic’s well hasn’t yet run dry.
Speaking of Civics, the EP3 Type R returns in two new race liveries. The red and black racer recalls the 2003 British Touring Car Championship car of Honda Racing / Arena Motorsports. While the yellow and blue screams Spoon Sports. The only ding against this two would be the wheels still continue to be the stock rollers, albeit in black and gray (respectively).

The latest generation Prius sees itself back in the lineup in both Supersonic Red and Wind Chill White. The futuristic hybrid shed its stuffy smugness in favor of aerodynamic sleekness and elevated its attractiveness ten-fold (in this author’s humble opinion, that is). While the Reservoir Blue might be the best thus far, the red sure is looking sharp.

PARA64 tapped the iconic D2 Privat deco and slathered it over their Mercedes-AMG GT3 Evo casting for the initial drop of 2024. RAM Racing ran the livery at the Gulf 12 Hour and this is the #8 car that contested that. The complementary GT3 Evo is the 2023 Macau GP Winner of Team Landgraf, their #48 car.
