Case Report: Hot Wheels 2020 H Case

Crazy times, eh? I, like many of you, have been asked to stay home from work, and I hope to use the time to give you a few things to watch and read. That doesn’t always mean new stuff, but this is a good place to start.

The Hot Wheels H Case arrived at Wheel Collectors yesterday, so we have this to look at. The Case Report and video are below, and I’ll do highlight videos and showcases as the models arrive. For now, here is what Wheel Collectors pulled from one of the cases that arrived in their shipment. And yes, the models are available now for purchase.

  1. Pretty decent case. I’ll definitely look for the GMC Cyclone, the Porsche Panamera Wagon recolor, the Audi Sport Quattro, the McLaren P1, the ’70 Dodge Power Wagon, the ’19 Corvette ZR1 Convertible, the Honda S2000, and even the 8 Crate recolor. Still tons of fantasy but at least there’s a nice amount of real colors to balance it out.

  2. This looks great! I love the white wall tires on the 8-Crate! Gonna get a bunch for customizing if I can! The Quattro and Cyclone are sweet too! 🙂 🙂 🙂

  3. At first look, this seemed like a poor case. Maybe it’s because there isn’t much all-new, but more just recolors. Most of which aren’t as nice as the originals. At closer look, I’ll be hunting for; Porsches Carrera, 944 Turbo and Sport Turnismo, Audi Quattro, McLaren P1, Jag XJ220, Datsun Bluebird and Volvo 850 wagons, R35 GT-R, Impreza 22B, FB RX-7, Honda City, Land Rover Series III, ZR1 and Greenwood Corvettes, GMC Syclone.

Loving the yellow Carrera. Even more so than the original white, blue and black. The red Quattro Sport and dk red Impreza are both very nice, though I still prefer the originals.

GMC Syclone is the only new casting here. I’m not typically an American muscle or Truck collector, but this one looks really well done and a throwback vehicle to when I was a kid.
