Revving up the engines again. It was a nice break.

Honestly you probably don’t care, but I needed a break from diecast for awhile. Spring is too pretty, other priorities too important, and my general well-being in need of a break.

So I took one.

My guess is you probably didn’t notice, nor should you, but a few of you were asking.

I just opened up my laptop for the first time in 11 days. Content coming soon.

  1. I definitely noticed. Your blog and videos are like crack to me. Haha. Glad you got a nice deserved break though.

  2. I noticed but assumed you were on vacation. Collecting diecast isn’t really what life should be all about.
Visiting Japan on the other hand…

    1. At Least The UK gets alot of larger scale collectables or stuff like Oxford 1:76. would be cool to see a British Tomica Limited Vintage though. Push the limits of 1:64 while doing regular British cars from the past.

I hope they do more with Matchbox Basics plus. Hven’t seen them at all in NZ. And I hope they get stocked properly not just one and done.

  3. I knew you were a break (I saw your Instagram posts lol) and I don’t mind. Everyone needs breaks once in a while (I myself have been on a diecast break for some time now). Yes I definitely missed you for the 2 weeks but now let’s get back to business. I really can’t wait to see what new videos you’ve got, especially regarding Car Culture and other premium HWs.

  4. The best thing about a break is, that we continue our activities after with more pleasure, creativity , enthusiasm and inner happiness! Thanks for taking Your break, good job, by the way! Dankeschön!
How can I send a nice photo, to share with the Matchbox&Hotwheels family?

  5. Sure, I noticed. I would check in from time to time to see if there were any new articles posted, but took it in stride. The little toy cars will still be there. 😉 I figured you were in need of a little break after that last round of travel. I hope the down time was good, relaxing and you were able to recharge. Did you take a vacation from work as well? I just want to say thank you for all you do for us, your readers. You deliver a ton of coverage in a year’s time.

  6. You did this before and me, as a long time reader, couldn’t be more aware that you were in the need of taking another break. Welcome back and take care 🙂

  7. You’ve gone on breaks before, and I can’t blame you dude. Seemed like it was taking too much time especially with how many live streams you did where you sounded exhausted. You do you, thr diecast world will always be here.
