Just Unveiled: Hot Wheels 2015 A & B Case models, including the Toyota Supra, Dodge Charger 500, Lotus Esprit, and the return of Snoopy…

Things are emerging so fast, it is hard to keep up.

Just last night, Hot Wheels 2015 Batch A and, according to the seller, B Case cars popped up on ebay, and while we knew about some, we didn’t know about others.  Many models are listed, and we don’t know if it is all of them in the batch, but there are definitely some highlights.  First off, you can see all the models here:

And here are some that caught our attention, including what appear to be 2014 recolors:

What are you looking forward to?

  1. WOW, now that Esprit is STUNNING, and i will be getting a fair few of them for my collection, same as the Mini, The vile, Manga, Snoopy and VW can go straight to the bin, The Charger, I will have to look at first, and the Supra, looks aful in that colour scheme…IMHO

  2. The Esprit looks like it should be a Matchbox, it has gone on my wants list, the Dodge Charger too. I actually like the Mad Manga, I know it isn't based on a real car but it has the look of the Japanese Bosozoku scene and has elements of the '73 Skyline…not sure about that colour…I have one in white and red and another in purple….

  3. Not just recolors…the Kool Kombi is a $TH, and a good one! too bad that the tampos dont seem to stick very well.
Speaking of Supers, I do get that it is a higher chance for one to appear in a US case, and a slimmer chance – in an International case. Ok, but this is where the European (small cardback) cases are never mentioned, when speaking treasure hunts… I live in eastern europe, and the small cards are the only ones we get, do I even have a real reason to keep checking for the supers?

  4. If I were still collecting Hot Wheels, that Esprit would be a must have. It's just so much nicer than the old Esprit casting from the 90's, looks almost like a Matchbox… In fact, I may just pick it up and add it to my MBX collection, which stopped at just 40 models after they withdrew from Brazil. As for the other models, the Charger looks nice, but I've never liked the large rear wheels on it. Make the proportions look all kinds of wrong. Still worth picking up for a wheel swap or maybe a custom base though.
