My guess is a lot of you have found this model, or will in the coming days, so I don’t think there is much to say about this one.
But I do want to post our pics of this fantastic model.
I am a big fan of the new Vette, and I find it, to me, to be a massive upgrade design-wise from the last couple of incarnations. Plus, this happens to be a Ryu Asada design, who came from Matchbox, and the Vette has that nice solid Matchbox feel. Oh, and how great are the black PR5’s? Hot Wheels doesn’t do that much, but they thankfully did here, as well as on the 2014 Toy Fair vision which will be out soon (she’s a doozy).
So here is the new Vette, in all its Hot Wheels glory. You on board with this one?

Hot Wheels ’14 Corvette Stingray (2013 New Model):

Headlight AND taillight tampos. Crazy.
I would like it more if the plastic was clear so that I could see the interior.
If you look hard with the right light you can see the interior… I agree slightly but I imagine the one piece roof/windshield design made it easier to have the roof appear realistic once painted instead of semi-clear otherwise.
Did you know MAISTO already released the C7 corvette stingray? You can find it at Target or anywhere that you can find Maisto's newest cars.
Anyway let's talk about the hot wheels version. It is a better version in a hot wheels version. But maisto, not bad. The tempos is what I really expected, but on the design, UGH, the wheels, the roof, or the windows, UGLY. I know I'm funny. Okay, I'll continue saying what I need to say. This one, yeah the windows. Well it's just the windows. I was looking forward for the plastic more clear, but the WHOLE design, it's a WOWEEWOW!!! Okay, I like the carbon on the hood, and the roof. Even the tempos (OHHH, why do I always say about the tempos, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!). Now, all I want is about the grille tempos in black or grey (AGAIN-AA!!). OK, I'm so sorry for these pauses that are too silly.
OK, the car comes out in 2013 Q case (But it's in a 2014 card) just like the 2013 viper came out in 2012.
Do you get it? The viper is a 2013 car but came out in 2012 and the 2014 corvette came out in 2013.
Anyways, thanks for the post (It's the October 9th today bro)!
I was kind of excited till I found out that the roof was plastic….because ironically, it reminds me of the old 80's Corvette casting. In my experience, the plastic roofs have a reputation for being flimsy. I guess since the side windows will be attached to the roof, then that would probably give it more stability anyway.
That being said, I got a feeling I might end up buying this car anyway. It is kinda sick, I can't front about that.
Wow, it's even better looking than I thought. Customizers will have a field day with the plastic top too.
this corvette is different back lights look like camaro and front is like the stingray concept overall its a nice car but i prfere the c6 c6r z06 zr1 as they have the 2 bullet hole lights
If the C7 corvette could have been released in the 2013 mainline (2013 package), then it would be in the “Then and now” series with the 69' corvette stingray.
I really like it. Despite the fact that its got a plastic roof and that I don't like the look of the real-life car a lot. Definitely gonna pick this up. Thanks for the photos!

I found two versions of this car. One with a black base and one with a grey base.
TEMPOS, HERE WE COME!!! YEAH!
Well I found 4 versions at Wal-Mart. Read the list…;
1st version: With a red base and no taillight tempos
2nd version: With side mirrors and full tempos (I love this version sooo much)
3rd version: No corvette logo on back and front
4th version No black plastic roof but a SUNROOF
