So, 2026 in the Matchbox basic range has created a slight blip. Batches A through D. Easy. I have reported on those. Now we head into the 5th batch of the year. The factory made a small error, which was corrected after an initial run, but has caused further ripples to the assortments. I have explained it all, over on the Wheel Collectors website in this week’s blog report. I have had this batch confirmed by Mattel as containing 15 models in total. I hope I have explained it clearly enough, and you are not left scratching your heads. These things happen once in a while. You will also need to re-mark down remaining batches of the year into their new assortment names. Get a cup of coffee, sit down, and give the blog a read. I am sure you will understand it.
