What is it with Mattel relaunching the Working Rigs series, yet spending most of the time doing repeated liveried. Recycling the same thing over and over again? I am sure we are spending most of our time seeing the same old same old. I know back in the Lesney, Universal and Tyco eras, we were used to models running unchanged for multiple years. But, the world has changed. With it, the way models are being sold. We see batches or waves of models appear, and then a few months later they are gone. But, in some cases, they return. We get a lot of that with Working Rigs. However, if you like artwork, you might still get the packages. Me? I like what is inside. The packaging is just filler. Anyway, Wheel Collectors sent these over for me. Yes, they did make a small error. You will see it when you read my latest article this week. I did pad it out with a Creation and a mini dive.
