Matchbox has been slowly increasing their electric content. It is the way the world is going. Or is it? I swear that electric vehicle sales are slowing at the moment. Whatever happened to the hydrogen engine? Anyway, as Matchbox are slowly moving towards a greener future (they aim to be carbon-neutral by 2030), we do get more and more electric vehicles being added to their ranges. I don’t mind them in miniature. I am not planning on getting one in real life. Not at the moment, anyway. So, I thought I would do a side report on the Wheel Collectors website this week. Instead of my usual look through new stuff, and diving into casting histories, I went a slightly different way and ran through the history of the MBX Electric Drivers 5-packs up to the newest.
