This edition of the 5-Pack is all about news straight from the 2025 Diecast SuperCon — which was held in sunny Las Vegas this past week.
Let’s get to it!

- CarTuned goes to Tokyo
CarTuned burst into the diecast scene last year with their own line of high-quality “tooned” stylized models. The line started with about a dozen different GM vehicles and was very well accepted by fans of tooned cars, but their SuperCon announcement has generated a lot of buzz through all corners of diecast collecting — a new JDM series is coming!
Jimmyshotwheels shared a great preview video of some of the JDM line on his IG, so check it out:
2. More Diecasts aren’t bad, mmkay?
Greenlight probably dropped one of the most obscure and well-loved license agreement announcements during SuperCon: South Park
That’s right – everyone’s favorite group of troublemakers from the Colorado Rockies will have their brand on a new line of diecast. Greenlight will kick-off the license with three 1/18th scale cars and one 1/43rd scale car to start, with hopefully more to come, especially in 1/64th scale.
It was also so hard to write this section without slapping in 100 raunchy South Park references, so maybe we’ll save those for when they announce some 1/64th cars.
3. More Majorette Sneaks
Majorette’s new premium line has caused a lot of buzz recently and now we’re getting an even closer look at a bunch of the new castings through this new SuperCon sneak . These cars are a hot topic among the Lamley writers and we’re very excited to see them get released.
Collectors are really clamoring about Porsche from the line, but personally I’m a big third gen Camaro fan, so to see that bright blue IROC being teased is extra awesome.
4. Bigger Scale Ballers
Jada has really been making an ever-increasing dent in local diecast aisles with their 1/32nd, 1/24th, and 1/18th scale cars and now they are really digging their heals in even more with a TON of new releases and castings for 2025.
Their Director of Product Development, Sei, goes over a bunch of the releases in this IG video from SuperCon:
5. The Beemers Back
The lone non-SuperCon news is that Hot Wheels is dropping another version of their E46 through the RLC tomorrow, February 25th.

This is the third release of the casting through the RLC and the first with any type of race livery. Will it be an instant sell out? We’ll find out in less than 24 hours!
In-House Party: the Weekly Lamley Drops
