(check out the Majorette listings on Ebay)
So for those of you expecting my usual in depth history lesson on a casting or brand, this post won’t be for you. Today I have to share with you some news coming from Majorette and the 2025 Spielwarenmesse/Toy Fair, and there’s a LOT to be excited about.
The first thing to say is the brand have redesigned their logo; opting for a totally refreshed design incorporating a blue, white and red swatch in a nod to their origins.
With the redesign comes a raft of new models of course, but the biggest news is weirdly the smallest news; small in size that is. Majorette are joining the world of true 1/64. Earlier today my very good friend Jan (johnnys.diecast) dropped this on Instagram:
Of course there are echoes of the 1000 Series Majorette Deluxe Collection made between 1990 and 1993, but the new Collection line brings the brand in to pretty much uncharted territory. And judging by just how cool this Honda NSX R-GT looks, I’m incredibly excited for what’s next. Stay tuned to the Majorette socials over the next few days for more news!

That NSX-R looks absolutely amazing! It looks like it’d have similar shelf presence to a model from Tomica Limited Vintage Neo, and I can think of no higher praise! I can hardly wait to see the rest of the model line-up!
On a side note, I’m very pleased to note that they’re still making these in Thailand, as too often it feel like companies that usually make their cars in Malaysia, Thailand or Vietnam shift to China for their “prestige” models. It’s a nice thing to see Majorette show faith in their Thailand factory to produce this very special lineup!
this is great news! i like majorette but I always hated the scale.
