I believe the card with the sticker was intended for the Indian market. Some of the Variety Wholesale stores around here (Roses, Bargain Town, Bill’s, Super Dollar) sell products purchased from other countries, and I’ve noticed lots of Hot Wheels cards with the sticker on the back. I think that was mixed in your box by accident.
That is indeed an Indian sticker. We recently had a price bump from 99 to 120. No idea why this particular card ended up in that box. Which is a bit odd and worrying because no one over here (I am from India) has found any E case models anywhere, and yet this car had a sticker dated December 2018. Something is horribly wrong with distribution.

I can’t remember the last time I saw a case this loaded! I count at least 21 cars that I’ll be looking to add to my collection. Not to mention a number of others that look great, but I just don’t have the room for. Can’t wait to find these in stores!
I would love to find these if they would fuckin show up around here! What’s with the distribution with Mattel so this year? 2019 has been a major dud year so far. I haven’t found a single thing! No signs of E case anywhere. No big box chain has them. Target either has empty pegs or old D case restock, Walmart has empty pegs for mainlines, premium sets, Matchbox, and other brands like M2’s and JL’s. Publix hasn’t had any new cars since November when the B and C cases started hitting. I can’t even find Car Culture, Pop Culture, Matchbox mainlines or premium plus. So, what’s the deal? E case should’ve hit at the very beginning of this month, hell even late last month! I’m not happy so far for 2019. I swear every year the distribution gets worse and worse!
