Here is the brand new M2 Machines Auto-Japan Series

Travel day as I head to New Mexico, but this just popped into my email.

From M2:

Castline Inc. is excited to bring you our newest 1/64 scale die cast of classic Japanese automobiles. We call them M2 Machines Auto-Japan. This line will consist of 100% all NEW casting developed by M2. They have all the details, quality & changeability as you’ve come to expect from the M2 line of die cast cars & trucks. To kickoff this line we started with classic Nissan cars; the 1969 Nissan Bluebird 1600 SSS, the 1970 Nissan Fairlady Z Z432 & the 1971 Nissan Skyline GT-R.

The very first release is a Walmart exclusive that will have two versions of each car. One stock version and one modified/race version. This release consist of six regular cars, two chase cars & one super chase car. Good luck!

  1. Interesting they look different than those being sold as pre-order on eBay or some major die-cast wholesale websites. Please advise. Thanks.

  2. Been about 3 years since ive seen m2 in australian stores….are m2 a us and canada only brand now? Never seen johnny lighting or autoworld either. Greenlight are fairly common at tru and hobby shops.

  3. Wow! I mean the red tire choice seems uh… unique? But man, that green 240z (with black tires) will be mine. These are all really nice.

  4. Some of the casting colors are bad,,,light neon color, really? and the Tire color is also meh but the misspelling of custom in Japanese Kanji is really bad. Just a money grab and lack of respect for the cars, castings and culture. I rather get a HW or MBX version. I rather wait for the Greenlight Toyko Torque Collection. I know about the quality ,won’t fall apart. They are doing some cool stuff and I believe that stance of the casting will be better. Save up and get a Tomica TLV .
