Here are the four Hot Wheels Convention Cars so far…

So far so good.
I was a good boy and went room to room without a wallet so I wouldn’t return with that “what have I done?” feeling, but I saw a lot of tempting models to say the least.  But there is no way I am leaving the Convention without the exclusive models.
Registered attendees are allowed to buy two each of the Convention models, and I think most of the folks here are maxing out that opportunity.  The Thunder Roller is a collector favorite, but the two stars are the Texas Drive ‘Em and ’67 Camaro.
And last night was a special dinner to honor Hot Wheels Designer Ryu Asada.  Ryu gave a fantastic speech about his obsession with cars growing up, including his Honda S2000.  So naturally the Dinner Model is the S2K.  Attendees were given one with a sticker commemorating the event, plus a chance to buy two more.  I had to leave with three.
I am going to open these on Facebook Live soon, and definitely feature them on the blog when I return home.  In the meantime, here is what to look for if you are interested.

  1. All winners, even though I'm a little tired of tuner-ish S2000s.
Really happy to see the Thunder Roller casting still exists and is still being used – was looking over my '96 copy the other day wondering if it ever would be again (I see it made it into the Entertainment line this year; never saw it on any local shelves).

  3. The Thunder Roller was retooled and returned about 10 years ago. Has only had premium releases since the return, with metal bases. The entertainment one came out in 2014 or 2015

  4. In order to get the products out in the market faster, experts should be able to deploy their simulations easily that is accessible to a larger group of people.flatratelocknkey-las-vegas.com/ This is already a reality thanks to the addition of the Application Builder to COMSOL Multiphysics for creating simulation apps and the introduction of COMSOL Server to distribute them via a COMSOL Client or browser.

Simulation apps fuel the automotive industry that has been growing rapidly.
