We just got an email from Japan Booster letting us know that the September releases from Tomica Limted Vintage are now available. There are two existing castings in new decos (Hino Car Transporter and Diahatsu Midget), as well as a brand new casting in three different colors.
It is that new casting that we have been waiting a long time to be released. We have said for awhile that we would love to see Tomica Limited Vintage tackle some classic Italian cars, and with the Isuzu 117 Coupe, they essentially have.
The 117 was designed by famous Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro, who is also responsible for the BMW M1 and Lotus Esprit, both iconic in their own right. And like those two, the 117 is a complete looker.
But we will get more into that when we get the models in hand. For now, two colors and a special Radio Livery model are available at Japan Booster. You can find them here:

I just bought a white 360 custom, a blue Sambar pickup and a 1000 in red and I cannot wait for them to show up. I'll need to chase down some cash and get the new Sambar pickup.
