Good Sunday morning from Albuquerque. We are on day 3 from the Gathering, where the focus moves to the toy show. It is also time for Jim Gallegos to reveal the Dealer Model.
There is a lot to report. The outgoing Ambassador, Shabbir Malik, is putting together a report on the Mattel presentation, and as soon as he releases it we will post it here. A few details about 2013 and the 60th Anniversary line have been revealed, and there is a lot to like. I will let Shabbir give you the details.
I also was able to get my hands on all the prepros that Mattel donated to the auction, and will show those later this week, along with a list of auction results. I was lucky enough win one of them and will show that off as well.
So there is a lot to talk about, and we will get to it over the next few days. I will also have to start incorporating into the blog some of the Tomica and other brands I bought while here. Anyway, lots to get to…
But first let’s show off the Dealer Exclusive. We have already seen the Seagrave once this weekend as Everett Marshall released his charity model. And now we have another version to add to what has become one of the most popular models of the year.

If someone would get me one while there, I would be most appreciative!
Of course, I'll be happy to pay for it.
Hey Mark, didn't you hear. The Gathering was cancelled. This is just a figment of your imagination.
I really do like this casting. It was the ideal choice for the dealer model.
Firstly excellent choice for the dealer model, this is a superb casting and it has been given a top notch deco from the team at Mattel so well done.Secondly, I am little surprised Mark that you have the gall to ask for a model representing a charity event that you tried so hard to derail. Shame on you
