This week, over on the Wheel Collectors website, I take a gander at the last Walmart exclusive set of 2025. It appears that Walmart have finally gone a little nuts and have been catching up with all the 2025 stuff over the last quarter. I remember when I was in the USA in July for the Gathering, most Walmarts were still selling 2024 ‘exclusives’. There had been a few sightings of the first batch of 2025, although I never saw it. But, since returning home, they have been going crazy. All 4 exclusive batches of the year have appeared, and they even threw in the all-repeat European series of 10 models across 2 batches that Matchbox had made available. Those were not Walmart exclusives per-se, but it appears to be the only place most are finding them. I will not be running through those 2 batches of 5 models. As I said, all 5 were carry forwards, and I decided to save money. If you like card art, then they could be for you. If not, I left them, I bet others will as well. The official Walmart exclusives, though? Yep, even with 2 carry forwards in a batch of 5, I took the whole batch.
