Why it’s in the collection: It is in the collection because it is a Porsche, it is a Kyosho, and it looks fantastic. Relatively fantastic. Compared to replicas of older Porsches, it is not nearly as interesting, but I do like having a nice variety of castings. This is one.
And one cannot have too many Porsche castings in a collection.
I have this too, in white. I’m glad they took a second crack at this model because upon its initial release the rear-wheel offset was awful; the rear wheels looked like they had sunken into the rear wheel arches. This second wave is much better.
I’ll be on the hunt for this one if they ever bring Kyosho to America. High five!
Wow, from the thumbnails these photos could almost be of the real car. These occupy the same territory as TLV for me…too. damn. exensive. Nice car though.
