Aoshima Grand Champions "Best" Series goes on sale this week, but you can order it now at Japan Booster…

Just a heads up that Aoshime Grachan (“Grand Champions”) BEST comes out this week, and it is available to order now at Japan Booster:

If you are not familiar with the Aoshima Grachan series, you really should be.  Aoshima is well known for their model sets, but they do dabble in 1:64.  We have covered Aoshima before, and explained the purely Japanese style of the castings.

Each set comes with two versions of six castings, with the possibility of a chase car being mixed in.  And if you don’t have any Aoshime, then this is definitely the set to get.  It is exactly what it says it is, a “Best of” of past castings in new colors.  Hakosuka & Kenmeri Skylines, Mazda RX3, Laurel, a 240Z, and the model I am most excited about, the Liftback Celica.

Check them out, and be sure to order a set.  Aoshima sets are limited, and tend to vanish fast.  This is a great way to get some of the more popular castings from the past…
