I don't see any restrictions against naming new-for-2012 Hot Wheels cars that premiered in the Hot Ones, Boulevard, or HW Racing lineups, so:
1) '76 Greenwood Corvette (HW Racing Road Racers)
2) Porsche 935/78 (HW Racing Road Racers)
3) 1955 Corvette (HW Boulevard)
I'm fully expecting these cars to show up as mainlines eventually, so I say they probably count (unlike, say, Monster Jam trucks). If not, ignore this post. (BTW, as far as I can tell, the Porsche 935/78 casting is different from the Porsche 935 casting from the 1990s.)
